Onorato and Serena Sebastiani,<\/strong> a Roman couple with professional backgrounds entirely unrelated to agriculture or tourism, decided in <strong>2009<\/strong> to leave the city to give shape to an ambitious project: to<strong> restore life and meaning to an abandoned place<\/strong> immersed in the nature of the Umbrian Apennines.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d84b79 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"0d84b79\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div 19th-century rural hamlet<\/strong> surrounded by over <strong>320 hectares of woods, fields, and pastures<\/strong>. A fascinating yet dilapidated place, which to most would have seemed irrecoverable. Thus emerged a<strong> low-impact resort<\/strong> with only <strong>five suites<\/strong> designed to offer <strong>intimate and private experiences<\/strong>. Around it, an estate managed according to <strong>organic farming principles<\/strong>, where <strong>cereals, legumes, and forage are cultivated, and pigs and sheep are raised freely<\/strong>, with the goal of creating a truly <strong>short and traceable supply chain<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c2d4a37 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"c2d4a37\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-886fdab elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"886fdab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Meanwhile,<strong> Onorato Salumi <\/strong>also took shape, the project dedicated to enhancing <strong>meats and game<\/strong>, the result of <strong>responsible management of local fauna<\/strong>.
